Casting is a manufacturing process in which molten metal is poured into a mold and allowed to cool and solidify into a desired shape. This method enables the production of components with complex geometries and internal cavities in a single piece, offering a high degree of design flexibility. When the mold design is optimized, casting can also provide cost advantages. Forging is a process in which metal is plastically deformed into shape through heating (hot forging) or processing at room temperature (cold forging). This deformation refines the crystal grain structure and reduces internal voids and defects, resulting in improved strength, durability, and fatigue resistance. We offer both hot and cold forging options, and by combining secondary machining processes, we ensure high dimensional accuracy and consistent product quality.
