At Ohta Vietnam, we believe that “The quality of each product component during the production process is most important, and businesses providing these parts must be responsible and committed to quality.”
We have established an internal quality assurance department, establishing a strict quality management system not only within the company but also with cooperating companies, ensuring the supply of quality products.
Quality management is an extremely important element in the manufacturing industry. We commit to the following five points as part of our quality management system:

We have obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification and strictly adhere to international quality standards in our product quality management.

To ensure product quality, we have established multiple quality control checkpoints within our manufacturing process. We conduct quality checks at various stages of production to eliminate defective products, ensuring the delivery of high-quality items.

We provide continuous education and training to our employees on quality management. Our company culture emphasizes the importance of quality management, encouraging all our staff to actively contribute to improving quality.

We regularly review and revise our quality management system to constantly strive for improved product quality. We have a quality assurance department in place to ensure swift responses to any issues that may arise.
