Hello everyone. My name is Vinh, currently I am in charge of the Quality Assurance (QA) department and ISO system. I officially work in OHTA VN since February 2021.
Increasing customer satisfaction is always identified as the top of priority. In order to do that, controlling risks from the first step to the end, from preparation to processing then complete finished product and deliver to customers is always considered important. Therefore, the application of a quality control system ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 are the premise for quality assurance activities and improving customer satisfaction.
After 1 year since applying the quality control system, I have noticed many positive points in the system’s operation. Although there are still limitations when accessing the system, understanding the system requirements, customer requirements, company policies and the direction of the board of directors has also helped the company in particular and as a whole. Employees are becoming more and more fully-grown.
OHTA VN Company, bases on its long-term experienced employees and a team of dynamic, creative young staffs, is the foundation for future development.
I feel the joyful and friendly atmosphere of everyone through their smiling greetings, their kindness in supporting and solving problems together. I myself have learned a lot from you guys. Hello, I am Dang Thao from the General Affair (GA) Department. After more than 3 years working at OhtaVN, I find myself developing a much more in professional knowledge and positive attitude when given the opportunity to challenge myself in many different fields.
The GA Department is divided into 3 small departments: Administration – Human Resources, Financial Accounting, Import-Export, the departments operated based on the company’s target policies and government regulations.
The department’s mission is to develop an increasingly professional and friendly working environment, achieve good results, prepare reports and propose opinions to the Board of Directors. Understanding the importance of human resources in the organization, we set the goal of building a strong team by striving to create a convenient, fair working environment, listening to everyone’s opinions, and supporting each other. I promote the spirit of open working, connection, mutual respect, creating motivation to promote the spirit of working and sharing contributions for sustainable development together.
Besides, the responsibility of developing a database system is essential and important. Currently, the system has effectively served business operations for most departments, synthesized reporting information and served company management activities. The system continues to improve every day from small details to major change projects towards a perfect version to improve work productivity and service quality for partners.
My personal goal in the coming up time is to continue to learn more knowledge and skills and share what I have learned with everyone through the internal training plan set up this year.

Hello, this is Minh from Manufacturing Department of OHTA VN. Accompanied by OHTA during 11 years of development, I myself have improved a lot not only in precision processing but also in optimizing production.
We put best effort in every job, we do it with all of energetic interest and ability to establish our OHTA Vn become one of the best in precision processing both domestic and international, especially products made with extreme accuracy and complex parts.
Every machine: CNC lathe, Milling Machine, CNC Grinder, Wire- Cut,… and others are new model which is stable and high precision one.
Since the beginning until now, OHTA VN is always non-stop to innovate, create, and apply new technique in processing. Especially, we have applied Step Process Procedure for each processing items make it completely and consistently managed.

Hello, I am Truong Cong Bao, currently working in OHTA VN as QC Manager.
Before acknowledge about Mechanical Engineering, I have hobby at other majors.
But the more I learn about Mechanical Engineering, the more I find out i was and being attracted by its interest and novelty those I have experienced and learned day by day, it has already been 6 years.
I learned that Mechanical Engineering is the study of physical machines that have high impact and important role in manufactured technologies and everyday life.
Mechanical engineering creates machines, equipment, automatic tools to replace manual labor, in order to meet the requirement of production activities, improve and innovate better job in personal life and enterprise life.
Speaking of Mechanical Engineering, Quality Control (QC) plays an important role. QC is the process of inspection, measurement and identifying quality of a product before delivering to customer.
QC have an inseparable connection with manufacturing department, QA to ensure that the quality of product that followed process of manufacturing is under controlled from the beginning to the ending.
As a QC manager, I take request related to quality seriously, manage the procedures of processing products by monitoring factors such as: machine, equipment, material, information and working environment.
My goal in this role is to improve skills for every staff in QC Room by holding, arranging training program and course. In personally, I will try to gain more knowledge, skills to improve myself to serve as a role model for which I’m managing.

I became a member of OHTA VN in 2016 and it has been more than 6 years now. I consider myself truly lucky to be given the opportunity to work and learn a lot here.
