Corrective action refers to “analyzing erroneous results and correcting them”. Within ISO, when a nonconformity occurs during an internal audit or certification audit, it is necessary to plan and develop a plan to improve the nonconformity, implementation is targeted. It also refers to the countermeasures that are directly linked to the cause of the defect in the event that it actually occurs.
